10 of 10 The management team has done a good job in retaining tenants by providing great services in times of properties requiring repairs. They also use licensed contractors/repairmen to do the repairs at reasonable costs. I have been using them for over 8 years to manage four of my properties during which time my properties have finally given me a piece of mind and great returns on my investments. Prior to them I was constantly losing money by renting to bad tenants, late payments, damage to properties, and being unable to keep the properties rented at all times-which they have managed to do. The management team works diligently to make sure my property / investment is being run as though it was their home. We are very satisfied with the service that we receive and intend to keep All Premier in our corner for quite sometime.
